The purpose of this plugin is to disable the kill switch, preventing them from accidentally shut down or hibernate and thus avoid
any loss of information, either while downloading something on your PSP or in the middle of a game or whatever wee’re doing on your PSP.

Controls:

R Trigger + Start: Show Menu plugin (can be changed from the file power_locker.ini).
Digital Pad Left / Right: Move through the menu options of the plugin.
X: Select option.

This will come Handy for those who download large files on their PSP. With this, you can go wonder off without worrying that
the PSP will Shut Down and the download will Cancel.

Looks like a lot of plugins are being released today.
