First time ever doing soldering at this magnitude. After I finished the Coolrunner wouldn't even attempt to glitch. Fixed a weak connection and bam.

That's a big heat sink.

That was Microsft's solution to the RRoD before the Slim lol.

What's the glitch do?

Same as JTAG, allows unsigned code, homebrew, any DLC, backups, etc.

I had a friend who ripped apart his X-Box on a half-planned whim.

It was... interesting. Those things don't like being taken apart.

Here's a second one, a Slim this time. Long store short... right as I was about to reassemble the Xbox I posted above, I accidentally knocked it off my desk, now it won't boot as I found a capacitor was missing. So I went after one of my Slims
