Yes, I know that I 'left' once before about 3 years ago or so, only to return a few weeks later.....
But things are different. When I left that time, it was because I felt that, with things not going good at school, that I really had no choice....and when things got better, I saw no reason to stay away from here....
That was a few years ago, and a lot's changed since then. Back then, there was still a lot of PSP discussion going on.....now, the PSP scene is practically dead. Back then, I still did vector art. To be honest, I haven't touched the Pen Tool in a few years. Back then, the graphics section was still pretty active. Now......well, you get the idea.
It used to be that this was the first site I checked every morning. Now......there are days when I don't even think about it......
Most of the discussion here now is about tons of anime series that I've never heard of.....and I don't really watch much anime, I just liked a few of the big name series (GITS, FMA, etc)...
Basically, what I'm saying is this: When I 'left' the first time, it was because I felt like I had no choice. This time, it's because I feel like it's just time to move on....
I may pop in and say 'hi' every once in a while......but as for being a regularly active member, those days are long since past....
To Zinga, Senseito, ExBu, Lunar-Chan (or whatever your name is now...), ProperBritish, SkyDX, trademark91, feinicks, aspheric, Shizzy, Heartless, eKu, Sparker, tetris999, joomla, squee, method, schmilk (sorry for posting this on your birthday...), everybody else from the Graphics Section, and all those whose names I forget to mention, it's been fun (and for those who follow me at dA, don't worry, I'll still be there)
And now, I leave you with one last 3D render, and my first using the LuxRender engine :)
