This is just a concept, so none of it is real. I wouldn't get your hopes up about holograms. Those IR keyboards already exist but are very inaccurate/buggy.
Concept looks pretty cool.
The keyboard reminded me of the Mozilla concept that Dmise posted.
I can't imagine battery life with a mini projector to be too good though.
But holographic display? That can actually be done? I've never actually heard of such technology like that. Projecting onto glass is possible, but I've never heard of images projecting into thin air at the moment.
No way all of that is going to be in the iPhone 5.
