I already read the Welcome to the NHK manga and I really liked it. I normally prefer mangas to animes because I share my room with my brother, and my younger sister also tends to spend her entire days in my room, and my parents always come in without even knocking and often, so I don't get much privacy. Anything that's rated R I read the manga on my PSP. And also no visual novels
that would be awkward.
