Yeah it is. I would contest it, but I'm not in the position to buy a laptop and then laugh in everyone's faces.

I've got to upgrade my ram soon. Going to jump from 4gb to 8gb. Nice laptop joomla, maybe wee can all play games now!

Bought dad, mom, step-dad a box of ferero rochets each, got step-mom some bath thingy, got half-sister some candy popcorn, got step-brother a nice big slice of fudge and got my sister a korean drama she liked~

Step-dads parents got me completely black hi-top chucks (shoes)
Sister got me a Kyubee plush.
Mom and step-dad gave me a hundred dollars.

A friend got me a bunch of cute panties :>
and a pig plush :>

I've been awkward to everyone this year seeing as I've bought pretty much everything with my own money... the main thing i got was money which will be going on a new tattoo very soon

  from my parents i got a new tv for my room (although i had a much better one already in my other room it's always nice to do some gaming from bed... plus i needed something to hook my ps2 into...) and i got some fragrance so that i can smell good again

all in all i quite enjoyed christmas this year... i always love having my parents completely surprise me seeing as I've actually just given up on requests now...

I got a ticket for RockinRio to see Bruce Springsteen, clothes, sennheiser earphones, and I think that's all. not bad

Everything came pre-installed by the manufacturer.  Really don't think it'll be bad/incorrect drivers.  Otherwise Acer will be getting like 123141231314 complaints from everyone.

You should generally update drivers anyway.  Since when did tech companies really care about complaints?  That's their Indian support team's responsibility, not like most of their customer base even know what a driver is.
