My guess is that it logs poo poo on public trackers and shows records for your IP.
You can do a search for an arbitrary IP (eg of a friend) to see what they've been downloading.

That's very interesting, hella scary at the same time.

Doesn't seem to work very well...

Tried like 8 different IP addresses (real IP addresses, not shit I made up on the spot), always turns up with no results.

lol... just lists a bunch of torrents I haven't downloaded.

Dynamic IP + the fact Spain likes to torrent I guess.

Says it has no records on me, although I think all my torrents right now are from private trackers
