Thought I'd try my hand at it.
I got tired of manually trying to match the colors to the default 01-12.bmp, and taking 12 screenshots would have been too much work. Even though manually tweaking the colors was MORE work. There's a method to my laziness.

Thanks a lot guys for your wonderful works!  I'll probably remove the randomizer for now, and periodically change the banner.  (or I may decide to have a different one for each theme).

Although the randomizer is nice, I do have to consider people with slower connections (I disable images, so I'm out of the question :P).  Having one banner allows it to be cached, and since some of these are largish animated banners...  You get the idea.

solution to laggyness just instead of making the banner change when you refresh a page
make the banner change dayly or like every 1-2 hours
