Endless Paradigm

Ok so i have a theme that i am working On
and i don't know what to do everything seem ok
but the bmp file in the theme section in huge yes
the preview is 480 by 272 huge,so i want to make
that Bmp tiny does anyone has any idea on where
do i do this? Paf? Vshmain? and the string please
at least the name,you can say Oh is in Paf but if you
don't say where well i will still be lost. thanks in advance!

'width' and 'height' are preview image size.

i did not knew this ^^ had never touch that part
of the themes before XD,who ever did this theme did
not knew what he was doing,just Fix the issue with
preview just to find out the the theme info bar is bad

you know when you choose a theme

well in this theme they are like this:
