Debatable... those waiting for the price to drop and the big first-party titles a la Super Mario 3D Land to drop would have waited.

Regardless, the poll is to find out what you will end up with in 2012. So if you have a 3DS already then you'd tick it. Perhaps I wasn't that clear in that respect ^^'

well I've already got a smart phone now. so its just a vita I need to get. with the tablets, I'm not sure. I read somewhere that some major companies like Acer and HP are ditching that platform completely next year. I don't want an iPad.

Probably a good thing. Don't like the way Acer are doing tablets right now and HP failed hard with webOS/Touchpad

Likely a new phone.
Already have a desktop and laptop, may upgrade desktop though.
Don't see myself ever getting a tablet.  Maybe in a few years get a laptop/tablet hybrid.

As for a console, possibly, depending on price and how good the phone is, though seems unlikely at this point.
