I want to do the same thing with my house for this Christmas, but i i don't know where to buy a Light and Music Synchronizer.

I was wondering if i may be able to find one in any Store (Not Online Store). Do any of ya'll know where may i find one?

Actually it appears to be done with timers, not a synchronizer. See how the mouths move and look like they're actually saying the words? That would have to be manually set with a timer. Probably lots of timers.

Also you need to check your neighboorhood rules aswell... some don`t allow certain things just to keep the overal look of the heighborhood cleanish.

This seems a bit odd to me: are street lights common over there?  Cause at the end, it's completely dark, but over here, that would be impossible due to street lights being everywhere...
