I'm 90% sure that your Tommy Vercetti in the game. And your gone to San Andreas to retire.

Sweet. Judging from the Vinewood sign and Los Santos written on various car plates through the game it may take place in San Andreas and the voice talking sounds a lot like Ray Liotta
