what's the difference between chocolate and cooking chocolate? i just bough 250 grams of cooking chocolate to make some stuff tomorrow but I have way too much so I just ate some, and the only difference i can notice is that its a bit harder.

The amount/type of wax is different to give it a different melting point for cooking/hardness for eating.

Meh, I eat cooking chocolate - yeah, a bit hard on the teeth, but meh.
