Hooray - It's finally done!!  
Matrix Dynamic Theme for 6.20-6.39 featuring animated: everything!
And interactive info menu animations (thanks to TSENEDA)

I built this theme for 6.39.  I tested the 6.20 version on my PSP Go!
The 6.35 version is untested and may contain some minor bugs..

OTHER NOTES:
* I suggest in XMB>theme settings that you set the infobar color to green to match the theme.  I left all the infobars various colors so the music visualizer would change colors while playing   ;)

* I have never watched a matrix movie!  I'm not sure what inspired me to make this, but I did.  LOL :p

* If anyone updates this to 6.60, please keep it true to form.  That means making sure that all the font is colored neon green, and the interactive animation in game info is working!!
