the first amendment covers freedom of speech, not freedom of recording. but this is still messed up.
I think people should be able to film,.. there is alot of good cops but there are also bad cops,. ;p anyway its weird you are not alloud to film,.
My first thought was this is almost the same as in Syria,.. completely different but yet some sort of P repression i dunno,..
Th 1st amendment should be updated a bit since there are more and news ways to share or explore information. Anyways this man should be let go, it's so sad to see our Police Officers, who supposedely protect us, charge people of innocent crimes just to make quick cash. This just shows how corrupt government is.
