Sony has released the official specification list for the upcoming handheld PlayStation Vita at the Gamescom 2011 Press Conference. This has put an end to all the rumors around about the device.

Below is an official specification list of PS Vita. It turns out the PS Vita comes with a 512 MB rather than the rumored 256 RAM.
