PSP Developer "xares-driims" has released the latest PSP portal for the PSP, PSVita 1.0! A portal into PSVita design with lots of useful things like cool games, websites, radio stations and much more.

The following items are available in this version:-
Apps: Weather, Calculator, Converter, Paint, guitar, alarm clock, TV program.
Games & Videos: 125 Flash (swf) games, 8 (swf) videos.
Useful pages: Google, Fnac, SNCF, mail, Google, Ask.com, €, sport MusiqueActu, CommeAuCinema.
PSP Radio Stations: Skyrock, Fun Radio, Europe 1, Virgin, RTL, RTL2, FOM, NRJ, lark, YES FM.
Websites: Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Messenger, Gmail, AIM, Yahoo, Wikipedia.

Spoiler for instructions:
Installing the portal:-
1. Download the portal
2. Connect your PSP to the computer via USB
3. Pass your PSP in “USB mode” with the option “USB Connection”
4. Right-click on the file you downloaded
5. Choose “Extract files …” (WinRAR is advised)
6. Choose like destination the letter assigned to your PSP from your computer.
7. Press OK and wait extraction files,
8. Quit the “USB Mode” on your PSP
9. Go to”Network”and”Internet Radio”

As far as portals go, this one looks really neat. I know a lot of people don't like to use portals but this one looks like they did a good job on it.
