i don't't want to upgrade it cause I'm scared that something might go wrong. i really want to upgrade to pro-b7 because it has recovery menu, but I'm scared. so i plan on installing xmbctrl instead to manage my plugins w/out the help of a pc and w/out upgrading it. can it really work on a4?

really? um, maybe I'll try tomorrow, I'm just using a psp. the only thing that i want with xmbctrl is to manage my plugins cause I'm on 635 pro a4 which doesn't have recovery menu. so if xmbctrl doesn't work out and i need to upgrade to pro b7, then maybe I'll just try to download seplugins manager v1.6. but I'll still try and figure out if I'll upgrade to pro b7.

By the way what psp model do you have?

I have a PSP 3001. My firmware is 6.35 pro a4. Will something happen if my psp's 3001?
