Such as webcam recordings/edited videos? or gifs and shiz....wee need moar info, do explain
Like, making a video out of your own images

There's no way to capture an audio stream from a PSP (assuming that's what you want) but you can use RemoteJoy to take video.

something to make video made of some still images?
i use "adobe flash"
for effect like gliter, smoke, and such, you can use "adobe particle illusion", then add it to your video using "adobe after effect".
on after effect you can also adds more effect, crop things, etc.
for audio, i use "adobe audition"
and for final render i use "adobe premiere".
or you can also use sony vegas to edit the video
