i juz update my psp to 3.40 oe-a, the prob is sometime when i play homebrew game till half way my psp will auto off. any1 can help to solve?
mmm ... idk unless it is the game?
i drop my psp 2day also, will it affect?
I don't really understand but.. you just updated to 3.40oe-A and now you can't play any homebrew?  If that's the case I would suggest backing up your important files and formatting your memory stick and also restoring your default settings.

Also

-Power On the PSP while holding down R Trigger
-Your in recovery mode now, enter Configuration menu
-Set your NoUMD to Disabled but remember to keep a UMD in at all times during playing
-Set your Homebrew Kernel to the 3.40oeA and try again

remember to put all your homebrew in the GAME150 folder, that's how I get my homebrew to work for me on my 3.40oea

well a drop is never good for a fragile peice of electronics.. I would recommend purchasing a Logitech Playgear Pocket.. the best case around I use one and they are only $14-15 but I mean If your screen is still lit up and you can play everything but homebrew, I think its a file issue..

not cannot play but juz tat sometime the game will hang halfway when playing
you have to be more specific... does it happen with just UMDs .. just homebrew?? ISO??

I would suggest going into recovery menu and taking a look at your settings..

well if it only started to happen after you dropped it then that could b the problem!

@ Disturbed... i think he just means that wen he is playing homebrew games the psp just turns it self off while he is playig...
well, then I would have to say his recovery menu settings aren't correct... or He needs to change the homebrew kernel inside the recovery menu to 3.40 ..  all the homebrew goes in game150 folder, unless otherwise stated inside a readme attached with the homebrew.

also could try all that i said above and a restore of default settings and a format of the memory stick
try doing this n then try again
Recovery Menu > Advanced > Toggle USB (flash1) and delete config.se.
