For a long time I had it disabled. Today I decided I was going to turn off sigs. And i did but I immediately noticed the random banners was back on. And the option to disable it has become missing.
I would love for this option to return.
Someone always sets the banner as "Shoryuken" and it irritates me

Looks like the board upgrade from over a year ago made the checkbox disappear.
