I am releasing my Windows Theme. I know that there's a lot of Windows releases out there but this one is different. The setup is different. I introduced some cool grahics and it's a theme of all great topmenus out there. The idea of customizing the battery icon into a XP taskbar look started it all. This is by the way based on Madoul's/Madsoul's Machete Theme. With the system_plugin_fg.rco customized taskbar touch, you can change backgrounds like windows since the taskbar is not part of your wallpapers or backgrounds but part of your XMB screen. See the Screenshots for yourself.

Most files as you can see are stored in Memory Stick. There are few to be flashed since not yet supported by CXMB (Read thread by Anubis on CXMB Plugin-Flashless Customization). It would be awesome if all related files are not necessarily to be flashed. This theme also includes random_icon.prx which, combined with cxmb.prx, allows you to have a changing icon, randomly changing whenever you restart and/or exit from a homebrew game or application. The topmenu_plugins (filenamed topmenuX.rco, where X represent consecutive numbers) included in Memory Stick/PSP/SYSTEM/RTOPMENU are fixed to do away with white boxes appearing especially when using high resolution 01-12.bmp. Shadows and focus are omitted and some other stuff. (See thread by Brethren on Random_icon.prx). The icons/topmenu are not all my original creation. Credit goes to the original maker.
Included in the package 01-12.bmp with 12 350x198 backgrounds. For some reason, the resized and customized battery (a.k.a. XP taskbar) has issues with 01-12.bmp with 12 480x272 backgrounds. If you want the hi-res background, replaced the vsh.prx included in windows theme_18 topmenu.zip with the one in hi-res_color_clock reposition.zip (zipped files in main compressed file Windows Theme_18_topmenu.zip).
You need to patch your homebrews using patchsfo tool because of the vsh.prx thing. Make sure your homebrews are in PSP/GAME150 when you run this tool (of course you must be running 3.40 kernel, enabled through recovery menu). Don't have to look for the tool since it's included in the download.
Readme is included. Be advised to read it before installing. Feel free to ask questions but I expect you have read the related threads.
Download: Windows Theme_18_topmenu.zip
Compressed file for download include all the necessary file, including PatchSFO tool for your homebrews to work again with decrypted vsh.prx and pspbtcnf.txt.
Alternately, DOWNLOAD here
Enjoy this theme in your PSP.:D
Edit: This also features Bstronga's common_gui.prx necessary for a 144x272 infobar instead of 480x272. Cheers Bstronga.
