What i do not understand is why sony do not just update 3.50(and all firmware below that) and instead they release a new 3.51, is this really some kind of game that sony is playing..?!?

I am not sure what fw you can download at sony.com but if older fw are for download why do not sony patch the older firmware's too..
I mean people who download these old patch fw can not downgrade then..
