do you mean
- changing animation like fading PSP logo on default gameboot. OR
- changing the video for gameboot ????
for point 1 : i still don't know yet
for point 2 :
make a .avi video (480 x 272 pixels, 29.97 frame/second) without sound.
make the sound for the video in .wav format.
get UMD stream composer and make a new project for psp movie.
merge those files in the project, and choose Encode + Multiplex.
open your my document folder, the encoded file should be in a folder around there. (it's named 001.MPS)
if you have CTF GUI installed, right click on the 001.MPS, convert to PMF.
rename it to gameboot.pmf
place it on resource folder
