Yes monster Hunter For the win! its not leveling up but its still a hella cool game. Lots and lots to do.

The story is top-notch, the gameplay itself is alright....the story is awesome...just get it. On the other hand, if you're into leveling and stuff, try one of the Disgaea games. Apparently you can get up to level 9999. Also, YOU CAN GO INSIDE YOUR EQUIPMENT AND LEVEL IT UP.
