The shoutbox can collapse but it isn't remembered - can this be added?

I can collapse categories and they are remembered, but the collapsed setting for the Shoutbox isn't remembered.

works for me,.

i do like to be able to disable random banner,.. its removed i think,. ;p but doesn't really matter,. but yeah,.
