Endless Paradigm

Well this might be weird but the screenshot takes care of it



Those squares....I want to return it to english. I was just changing 4 files and that was explorer.exe, mydocs.dll, shell32.dll and shimgvw.dll and when I rebooted it changed that side and other option into "I don't know what language is that" so I went to my win 7 os and there I changed back those 4 files and then I again rebooted back in xp and still some "unknown language" was still there...I just want it back to english. Format not a option for me since my mom's external hd was almost full.

Helpiyo??

Yeah:)

How about u go and check recent updates that have been installed, uninstall some and then see if that works.

Control Panel»Classic view»Regional and Language Options

play around with that...
check default languages/location maybe switch them to something else and then switch them back to English

The Xp that I installed has already all the updates (from may 2010?) and it's integrated. (I think I got the wrong word..)
