Hello.I'm NOOB at creating ctf theme 
.I only know how to mix/edit other people ctf (change font,change gameboot,add custom wave etc..) but I don't know how to edit the rco files and the prxs.Can anybody teach me how to make a ctf theme and what tool needed to creat a ctf?
