9/11 attacks death toll: Very close to 3000, about 2977 going off the top of my head.
Now I'm willing to bet money that the U.S.A has dealt out well more than ten times that figure in Afghani deaths.
Now I'm not saying Osama isn't evil, but if 3000 murders makes him evil, what do the actions made by the U.S.A make them?

yeah this is what i don't get
killing americans isn't more illegal than killing afghanis
I never said the US never did anything wrong. In fact, I know more people have died in the US in car accidents and murders than on 9/11.
I never once said or have acted as if america is the great savior of the world.
If you misunderstood, then that's your fault.

the difference is, the original 3000 murders by osama were unprovoked. wee never attacked him to make him attack us, and he targeted strictly civillians.

You know he was from Saudi Arabia.... So why not attack Saudi Arabia.. instead like Chaos Panda said they killed ten times that number in Afghan civillians.
And in the end america is the hero.

I'm not sure you can really claim that. Of course, the US will make it seem like it's unprovoked. If there's anything more to that, wee will never know, but believe whatever you wish really.
It's not like the US administration hasn't done these games before.
But anyway, even if it's unprovoked, do you still think the US's response is reasonable? Does killing 10x people justify 9/11?
A thing about these debates is that you probably should try to refrain from being too emotional. Yes, 9/11 was horrible. Yes, it killed lots of people. I don't think the conspiracy theorists deny that at all. In fact, quite the opposite - which is why they're putting all the effort to think outside the square. A president making a rousing speech doesn't automatically make what he says correct. On the other hand, a convincing conspiracy theory is not necessarily correct either.
I'm not so sure myself that the 9/11 attacks were unprovoked. And if they were unprovoked, the U.S had warning that there was going to possibly be a planned terrorist attack on U.S soil and did nothing about it.
I usually think conspiracy theorists have too much time on their hands, but they do raise some valid points. And Michael Moore, as insanely biased as he is, also raises some valid points concerning 9/11. The attack in my opinion was not an inside job, but it didn't have to be for the U.S to use it as a springboard to get themselves into the Middle-East. Knowing about it and not doing anything about it may not be as far from planning it as people might think.
