I did it via editing PAF.

But i have a slight problem, when i shrinked it
i didn't think the wallpaper would became small too.



Is there a way for the wallpaper not to shrink?

instead of scaling down the XMB why don't you jsut scale down all the individual icons.

Try adding a base plane in topmenu_plugin using rcomage and reducing the stretch. This will change the xmb size but you might have to change battery, and volume sizes. Mebbe text sizes as well..

What if a stretched the wallpaper for it can fit the screen?

i tried the same thing i could only resize the "01-12.bmp plane", the wallpaper still eludes me.

gave it another try and you can stretch it to make it bigger
