well, i use photoshop too....
don't save for web 8 bit PNG using photoshop, just save as 24 or 32 bit. then convert it to 8bit by using PNGforPTF.
also make at least 2 pixels of empty space around the pic if you want to rotate the pic
that's what I'm doing now,,, I'm just a noob though
