This is the only thing I could find regarding Otaku Girls.  It's a group that only girls can join, but you can just make an account there, pretend to be one, find out as much as you can about them, befriend some and then find out their hair color and other things.  Then make an account there as a guy, find the one you connected with, and you should figure out the rest...

I just want to say I actually know a blond female otaku in real life that even dresses up in cosplay but I'm to shy to put moves on her because if she rejected me it would be awkward seeing her because wee go to the same anime club in college.
