Hi guys I'm new here

i just want some help on my game, so here it is
                                                                          -I can't proceed to chapter 8-

i have just finished chapter 7, so now im going to the little wing to talk to 'Kraz'
so i can proceed to Chapter 8.

but whenever i approach 'Kraz' my game freezes and shutdown after a few seconds.

any help on how i can fix this problem?

Sounds like the UMD is scratched or it's a junk ISO.

Is this a UMD or a ISO?
