Hello there,
CTF (Custom theme files) only work through HEN or CFW which supports plugins.
Your theme is for [620], so its for 6.20 firmware.
1) Install Total Noobs 6.20 HEN. link: http://endlessparadigm.com/forum/showthr...?tid=26261
2) Download and install the CXMB plugin that supports 6.20 firmware. link: http://endlessparadigm.com/forum/showthr...?tid=18623
3) Enable the plugin and save the CTF to MS0:/PSP/THEME
4) Scroll to your theme and enable it.
I hope I helped you.

I don't know how the recovery menu works on a PSPGo, but there should be a "plugins" option in the menu.
Click on it and go to the plugin "cxmb.prx [VSH] (disabled)"
If it says "disabled" click on it, and it should say "enabled" after that.
Then exit the recovery menu.
