I can play gods eater with my 6.35 PRO-B3 and 6.20 PRO-B.4 without any issue. PSP-3006, 03g model. I don't see any way why it won't run in other PSP models with PRO CFWs.
Try unpatched ISOs, changing the UMD driver, decrypting with iso tool....
I use the NP9660 driver for God Eater on PRO-B 4.
