Me niether. I am actually surprised to see another PSP update. i thought $ONY gave up by now...
They typically call exploit patching "security fixes", not "stability fixes".
If your software has a bug where it could crash in some cases, it makes sense to release a fix as an update...
Maybe some game triggers the bug or similar. But probably useless to most people.

T'would be nice if the PSP had a better backup system. I mean, like no-one manually backs up stuff... >_>
But if you're prone to stuffing things up, it might be a good idea to backup before you do major changes.
(I lost a save when the PSP crashed whilst saving)
