Same here, even as a person don't doesn't do sig art.

I think, make it much thinner so the signature still has presence over everything else (I.e background of this forum) but does not overwhelm the image. Maybe just 1px or 2px thick

yeah... 5 might have been a bit much

actually it might have been 20 because i just put a layer underneath the sig
