Endless Paradigm

I've recently got a psp, and thanks to total noob with tn-d, it is amazing.
I've recently found out about this site and have been using it to get cxmb themes, and have decided to try and make my own, to give back to the community. but after constant searching I can't find anything on how to make themes.
I need help with what programs and files i need etc...
And i mainly am aiming to make themes for 6.20 tn-d.
Any help would be amazing because google can give you some serious headaches.

Note: The guides were written before 6.20 and 6.35 firmwares, which must be taken into consideration.
