I'm content with Chrome (granted, I'm on Linux). Seems to run best with my incredibly limited connection. 3 kB/s of awesome. :6

Chrome can't disable images, at least, last time I tried. Disabling images gives a huge speed boost on most websites on a slow connection, so if your connection is that slow, I'd suggest something like Firefox or Opera and disable images.

All I visit is EP, my GMail, and Google Voice. I CBA with other sites really. AdBlock helps tremendously.

I'll be honest; for me, congratulating Microsoft for IE9 is a bit like patting a dipchocolate on the back after they finally understand what everyone else in the class has been fluently doing for the last little while.

Well, that's better than a dipshit who never understands, even in the end.
Right?

Western society congratulates improvement. Well, at least in education that is.
If you transform from an idiot to someone average, you'll probably win the "improvement award" or "best effort award" or similar (in hopes that it encourages you to continue the improvement trend or whatever poo poo like that). So if you're only average in class and want to be awarded for something (rare for the average person), just start off acting like an idiot and just slowly make yourself seem less like an idiot.
Browsers are probably a bit of a different domain though.
