Because some guys asked me about a TUT how to install 6.20 TN-D Permanent Patch on every PSP, I made one.
Works on PSP 1000, 2000v2
BRICK RISK!! 2000v3, 3000, 4000 or PSPgo!
DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, IF YOUR BRICK YOUR PSP GO IT WILL BE DEAD.
I tested it by myself on a PSPgo with 6.20TN-D.
For this, you will need:
- PSP 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 or PSPgo
-
6.20 TN-D
-
6.20 TN-D Permanent Patch Pack
Tutorial
1.Copy the
620TND_PPATCH folder to ms0:/ or ef0: /PSP / GAME.
2.Disable
[Protect Flash0] in the VSH Menu (Press "SELECT")
3.Launch
6.20TN-D Permanent Patch.
4.Press
x to continue.
5.The original
flash0: / vsh / module / vshmain.prx was now backed up to
ms0:/ or ef0: / vshorig.prx.
Keep this file for safety reasons, if you'll have a brick you can use that file to recover your psp!
6.Press
x again to launch the 6.20 TN-D Permanent Patch in Test mode.
7.Launch the installer again, press
x and then
o.
8.The patch was now completely installed and the
flash0: / vsh / module / vshorig.prx was renamed to [B]vshmain.prx!
Now you stay permanently on 6.20 TN-D!
Deinstallation:
Launch the installer again and deinstall the Patch.
Problem-solving:
There are two recovery combinations:
-while starting the PSP hold
R1, this will disable all plugins and set the settings to standard!
-while starting the PSP hold
o + x + SELECT + START, this will restore the vshorig.prx that you have backed up!
IF YOU LIKED IT, REP ME ;=)

Nice tut but you should add that people should do this add there own risk,.. just because you tested this on a PSP-Go doesn't mean other people can't brick there PSP-Go,.
there are reports people got bricked PSP-Go's!!
i for one would nvr try this,. knowing there is a possibility to brick my PSP-Go ;)
if you have a brick you have a brick,.... your PSP-Go will be dead,...
Added, but there's not really a chance of a brick.
Problem-solving :)

Problem solving won't do you any good,. if you bricked you Go,.... brick=brick
i am happy 620TN is a HEN,. its a save way to run a cfw without touching the flash0,.. and i don't mind running the signed eboot once in awhile,..
Yeah, I'm too wuss to try this out; besides, right now I'm preferring 6.35 HEN over TN's ATM

im getting annoyed with this now... But you've been warned. A Brick is a Brick.
Also if it does work, your psp will not function normally but it wouldn't be visible to you.
