I can't stop thinking about how demented it is, and it's hard to distract myself away from the scenes of it. Not that totally I regret reading but in a way I wish I hadn't.

By the way, by the true end, I mean the "final gift" ending.  There should be little doubt about it being the true ending, and if you're still not convinced, that's the ending that plays the actual "Saya's Song".

For a lot of people, that would be the preferred end, and for even more people, it could be classified as the "good end".

I'm pretty sure Proper would feel that way for example, if he actually played that far, which I very much doubt.  What I don't doubt as much is that if Proper did actually get all the way to the end, he would rate the endings 2 > 1 > true.

If your dominant feeling is that Fuminori and Saya both need to be killed/put to justice, or if you're completely disgusted by the gore and other stuff (spoiler!), or if you simply just hate Saya (the character)...  then you probably won't see the beauty within the true ending.

The whole VN being named Saya's Song, it's definitely worthwhile to read through the lyrics of that song.  After you finish the true end.

Ok, here's my ratings of some select things based on these 2 criterion.

- A 0-10 scale of how dark, death, suffering and despair vs how bright, rainbows and ponies everything is (something like this)... and...
- A 0-10 scale of how messed up and disturbing something is (lower = more messed up)...
