It's very easy,extract and copy it to PSP/GAME.
Select ISO,go to Patch Prometheus/Patch Prometheus v4.
Patch the ISO.
Done.

so after you patched an iso back-up on a cfw psp,. you can run the iso on a ofw psp?

what does it mean by re-create the replacement?? and does after making the xmb icon is it ok to delete the iso or just let it stay in the iso folder. deleted my prometheus folder now since this iso tool has a prometheus and just click the iso icon on the xmb and it starts to work. that is cool.
