use my method? you can either redraw it or make the canvas larger :3

you'll lose quality if you make the image itself larger doesn't matter what software you use

I want to make the image larger not the canvas.

Well i changed the canva's size and i resized a little the icon but it is too small.

Why not post the icon up for the hell of it?
Even though not much can probably be done...
