Reminds me of ps3... Yet there are like no screens of any psp using this image so what it's for is a mystery...

Well it isn't for the mini's info text. I can't seem to figure what it's used for either, those "st_a" and "st_b" also seem to be hidden/not used. maybe they'll be used in a future update?
