I haven't seen the video. But even as a hikikomori. I think all rooms should have windows.

Its really not much though.

My room doesn't have any windows and it hasn't affected me much :P

I took an pic on cellphone but it's just large and blurry so its pretty meh

I have a pretty small room, so that's pretty much the entire thing
