So ive been dieting for a week now using my android app. I was wondering if you guys know about any low calorie foods that I can eat large portions of. Subway is kewl but it just does not fill me, same story with ramen too. Also do you guys also know of any work out videos similar to taebo?

Ramen is not low calorie lol
Its less than a bowl of cereal
for cereal I use
3-cups cereal
1.5-cups milk 2%
(I like to feel full)

my app says 1 cup of rammen is healthier than all of that
+ I feel more satisfaction because it is hot in the morning.

:O I eat 1/2 cup of cereal and 1/3 cup of milk... which is about 200 calories, ramen is like 380 for a bowl :/

I want my stomach to almost hurt by the time im full XD
well my app gives my a limit on how many calories I can eat so atleast its no longer a guessing game
two bowls of cereal; bagel with homus for lunch and a steakhouse XT for dinner.

I'm not fat >_>.
