When you quote a user, a semicolon follow by a series of numbers is generated. These are normally hidden but now when you quote someone, they come out visible.
Example of what I mean.

edit: you be correct, ive always taken the number part out though so ive never noticed.
The number afterwards is supposed to direct link to the quote I believe (IE, the post number of the post that was quoted). If I'm not mistaken, it's the vB style quote plugin that ZiNgA wrote but I could be wrong.

haven't notice that from the last time i use the quote function, i think zinga implemented new function for this?
