sorry, but vista doesn't allow winmenc to properly mux the files, and when that happens i can't use virtualdubmod to decompress

not sure if the video is supposed to have sound (didn't for me)
but try the one attached
the RCO should work for 6.20 my other ones did when i tried TN-a/b just don't flash it use a CTF (not a good idea to flash files on un-hackable motherboard)

to make a gameboot yourself use highboy's gameboot project beta you can find that
here
if you meant making a CTF then use patpat's
CTFtool GUI 4.4
if you need more info just ask k
