4G ? Don't you mean TA-093v4 or something ?

No. PSP-3000 TA-093 have a CPU newer then PSPgo TA-091.
And like PSPgo they cannot be downgraded under 5.70.
PSP-3000 TA-093 = PSP-4000 =)

Yes. TA-093 = "PSP-3000 with 4G modules".
