If it's hot outside, you wear few clothes (eg t-shirt + shorts).
If it's cold outside, you wear lots of layers.
But it sucks in either case if there's indoor air conditioning, because you either start freezing in there after a while, or start sweating.
Why haven't they invented global air conditioning yet?
